Little too simple and has contrasting fonts. Decent sig, just too big. The texure shows up too much aswell. The Xerox font should be used sparingly...

4/10!

I think that it is very well-done except for the texture, I dunno its just doesn't seem to fit too well, and i've never been a real big fan of filters.
You may also want to make it a tad bit smaller.

A 7-10
I really like the style you used for the text at the very bottom.
