Um..
I'd like to know your opinion on my banner.
I'm positive I'll be making more in the future
so could you give me a honest opinion about
what's good and lacking in the way I make a banner?

It looks pretty good to me. I think the text clashes too much, and you shouldn't blur Selphie. If you fixed those two things, I'd thing it was really good.
