very plain, definatly needs some more touches to make it worthwile. id sugest something, but this is what you need to figure for yourself to improve.

It's not that bad. It's not the best work that I have seen from you, Gouka, but it doesn't suck. If someone would ask you to add their username into the wavy blue background, I think it would look nice as a banner. Also, as Quishane suggested, add a border.

The bg is nice....but the pic you used looks bad on it...it's kinda low quality and makes the whole sig look shabby.....
It needs a border ^_~

Hmm....I'm taking into account that it's not finished since you want to give it away to anyone who wants it....if there's a name added in a nice font, it won't look so empty as it does now....

But I would definately change the character pic....
