The bg is nice...the rest that you added is crappy....the squares are not properly spaced, and the text doesn't fit......you could actually make a quite nice sig with that bg...

The swirling multicolour background seems cool enough. . . but you need to add more elements into it. Right now, it seems rather empty. The typo needs some extra work as well.
