It's too busy, the colors don't mix well and I don't particularly like the art from that game. Nice effort though.

Waaaaay too busy for my taste >.< and the colors clash too much....if you made it a bit more matchy and the bg more calm....nice work though...

I was thinking WAY TOO BUSY when I saw it too. And the colors clash really bad, Sai I know you can poop better things that this...

There is a part in Wind Waker where you walk across a glowly platform and learn the Command Song. I wanted simulate that area. But As I said I was looking for vectored wallpapers when I made this. So my attention was more on getting the wallpaper than making the wallpaper.
