The first one is just complete crap. I'm sorry but I can't even give any feedback on it. ><

The second one, I'm not even sure what it is, but it's an improvement.

Both need alot of work.
Anti-Alias the text and everything, use the polygonal lasso tool, but zoom in when you use it...keep at it, you're bound to get better
