OK, I rate it...
In the first pic, you need to low the saturation level... And maybe a little text, 8/10
In the second pic, I don't have anything to say, but 9/10 is enough ... I like the background :P

Can't say I like the first one too much, but I really like the second one. Cool character, colors, and blending More text would be nice though.
