its basicly the same bg effected you used for your other sig... the images are low quality the Text is crap and it should have a border.

mm. EXP 07's right.. it's the same background, but you changed the colour scheme and the images aren't good quality.. the background colour doesn't really suit the whole Tom and Jerry theme..
the dimensions aren't good as well.. you need to widen it more and put a lil bit of less height into it..

and he needs a damn better font and stop using outerglow with beval and gridiant it looks like crap in that style of sig..

Yea, and you don't seemed to have cut Tom properly. He has blue bits all over him. Maybe try using hi quality images, maybe find some T&J cels.
