yoir style is all the sam e you overuse the same effects... but atleast in this one you attempted to coler up the bg by making it look all weird and watery.

Like I said earlier, quite hard to read text and blurry cloud. Just sharpen the front Cloud guy out a bit and you have a decent siggy piece
