mm. I like the top one..
but for the ratings:

1 - 8/10.
2 - 7.5/10.

The quality of the background images are kinda poor..
but the light effects are kinda good..

those bg images have bad quality, so bad, it makes me want to cry. but other than that it is o.k. nothing special, but if you were going for the jpg compresion look, you got it.
