Well, the foreground looks pretty good, but I have no clue what is going on with the city in the background

It would have looked better using your own custom effects for a background than using the city.

And it looks like you used the city to make the little bubbly thingamabobs(if you did its ok, just saying thats what it looks like, and nothing is wrong with that)

but yeah... anyway...

Blight-- No, the city inside the bubbly-drop thingies was something that I made by myself. ^__^ With the help of a font called 'fontoville at night.'

Fusion.6-- Hmm.. It has to do with adjusting the Hue/Saturation, then duplicating the layer, blurring, playing with the layer mode. ^__^

It sure fooled me, I didnt look at it too closely, but I think it gives the bubly things a lot more meaning, even if they are just bubly thingys

the bubble thingys are very unique..
mm. the only minor fault I can see is that the background of the city is too dark..

Your work is always so interesting and unique. I love all the colors too. In my opinion it's a 9/10. Just lost a point because it does feel a bit empty.
