Depends on what you're looking for.
Looking for a long journey, meeting many memorable characters, exploring the meaning of life on the planet you're playing in, want something deep and meaningful to take with you after the game is over, just want a game that might take you forever to get the most out of, love the idea of the villian being way cooler than the hero but killing him off anyway, or all of the above, get Final Fantasy.
If you want a light-hearted skip through small different lands, love cross-overs, don't have time for an RPG that is millions of hours long but still want a fun experience, think Mickey Mouse is cool (and he is), don't want to play through a story that's loosely about religion and/or politics, or simply want an RPG that's G-rated enough to play in front of your kids, Kingdom Hearts is the way to go. |
