Well, there are several. The whole business on the Floating Continent in FFVI is one of the greatest videogame moments ever, as far as I'm concerned. In FFIV, the scene where Cecil finds out that  Spoiler : click to show/hide [ Golbeza is his brother ] is pretty damn gripping for me. In FFIX, I really like the entire sequence on Terra, although that might just be because of the soundtrack, which is amongst Nobuo's finest work. And in FFV, the scene where  Spoiler : click to show/hide [ Gilgamesh sacrifices himself for the good of the party ] was damn brilliant.

I like the FFX intro movie with the blitzball and the operation movies. I also like the Sephiroth fire scene.

Overall it is to hard to say which one is my favorite.
