Talk about the many games in this long running series here. Which has been your favourite so far and why? What makes it so good in your opinion? Is Resident Evil 4 as great as everyone makes out? i personal think its brilliant.

I personally thought RE2 was the scariest, but RE3 was the most fun. I played about 5 hours of RE4 on my chum's Gamecube, but I didn't really think it was the best.

RE3 was the best. Probs only RE game to **** me up Clearly remember Nemesis jumping out that window at the police station, and chasing you around. FUN FUN FUN!

RE2 and 3 were the best IMO. I liked how Capcom tied them to each other. The huge Tyrant in RE2 was awesome cause that was the first monster I saw in RE games that could plow through walls after you that added a whole new level of scariness to the game. RE3 was awesome because of the choices you'd have to make sometimes, and because Nemesis was just awesome too. Fun stuff.

I love resident evil. RE was definitely something new to the console and I must say it did pave the way for a lot of the scare/horror games we have today.

RE2 was the hardest for me because I didn't know what the hell I was doing.

RE3 was by far the funnest...yeah running from nemesis was good for those fast reflexs.....

the RE0 and code v...never played, it just seemed like ****...

RE4 was definitely something I love...perhaps something I'll come to love more than 2. I was scary, hard and offered a lot of new things to the game play....


so clearly I'm looking forward to the RE5

I'm going to go with RE3. Didn't play RE4, just RE3 and RE2. RE3 like I say was the best, mainly for entertainment on those cold dark nights when you're on your own.

I would say my personal favorite was Resident Evil 4 as a whole in terms of how the gameplay progressed --though easily it was the least scariest since the odds were so great in your favor.

Although if nostalgia were to kick in, then I've gotta say Resident Evil 2 for sure.
