| Resident Evil 4 is said to be one of the best RE's out there... which is not what I think. Personally, I loved Resident Evil 2. It didn't really scare me but it did make me jump a bit on some parts. It's also very fun to play; the best RE out there. |

I dunno about storyline but heres what IGN have to say about Resi 5:
The new game has a theme of escape as its core survival instinct. Swarms of marauding evil beings will charge at you when your pulse is racing at a heart-shattering pace. Environments will play a bigger factor than ever here, using the power of next-gen systems to create a world where terror might lurk in any alcove or shadow. Powerful lighting effects overwhelm the player with mirage movement and blinding brilliance, and even in the light of day, there is no safe haven from the latest Resident Evil. |

| RE4 in my opinion was the best out of all of them, I mean it one game of the year twice on the spike TV game awards, once when it came out on gamecube, then again when it came out on playstation, a games gotta be great to do that |

Resi 5 could be with us come march 2008...could be...xD
while prefacing Capcom's financial results for their 2006 fiscal year, president and CEO Kenzo Tsujimoto may have dropped a hint about the release date:
"In order to make Capcom more competitive, we will focus on further strengthening development of our core home video games business, marketing efforts and sales efforts. We plan to create a title portfolio that accurately reflects the global market share, as well as strengthen our R&D organization and staff. Our title lineup includes many new titles in our existing franchises over the next period, including 'Resident Evil 5'."
That tells us pretty much nothing -- except Capcom's aiming to release Resident Evil 5 before the end of their next fiscal year, ending March 31, 2008.

| I'm going to pre-order RE5 just to make sure i get it, there will probably be a mad dash for it when it comes out |
