After all that time and money investigating the Hot Coffee episode in GTA SA, no fines or penalties are levelled at Take Two:

For a game that was rated mature anyway, im glad and pleased that Take Two hasnt incured any penalties except the wrath of Jack Thompson maybe and parents use it as a scapegoat.

I agree with ^ - it was a waste of money - nearly impossible to hack on the PS2, and good god, don't we have better things to do with our time?

And anyone interested in reading a shiiting of Jack Thompson - check out this months EGM.
