Nintendo EAD, Sega and of course Square. Those three companies seem to come out with the most unique games.

Although I like Squaresoft, I must say Electronic Arts. EA has made the best sports games for the PC, XBox, PSX, PS2, and Gamecube. The are the makers of the Madden series, which is the best football game on the market. They are also the makers of the NBA Live, NHL, and Fifa series which is updated every year.
