well i just saw the trailer or one of them. its a bit late though. i loved the games but its not max payne without the scary facial expressions from the first game. plus the guy in the movie looks nothing like max in the game.

Mila Kunis joins the cast of Max Payne apparently:

This Variety story reports that actress Mila Kunis has joined the cast of Max Payne, the upcoming movie adaptation of Remedy's third person shooter series. Kunis, best known for her role of Jackie in the TV sitcom That 70s Show, will star opposite Mark Walberg who plays the title character. Kunis "will play an assassin who teams up with the title character to avenge her sister's death."

words cannot describe how stupid this is becoming. Max Payne at its time was very dark and twisted (well to me at 13 it was). How is Mila Kunis ...MEG GRIFFIN going to pull this off? She's a good actress but not for the role of Mona. That should be Angelina Jolie at least. Or Carrie-Ann Moss (Trinity from the Matrix).

This is could be worse than the Far Cry movie.

Yeah.. I figured it might be at least decent with Mark Walberg in the title role, but now I'll be surprised if it doesn't completely suck.

Metal Gear Solid movie rumours:

ComingSoon.net recently sat down with the producer of the movie, Michael De Luca, who revealed the most likely candidate for the scriptwriter and director seats.

His name is Kurt Wimmer, and was the man responsible for directing the wonderful box-office bombs Ultraviolet and Equilibirum.

In addition to this, he also wrote the scripts for Sphere and The Thomas Crown.

We can only pray Hideo Kojima will oversee this project.

Eh.. I liked Equilibrium and Sphere and I'm told The Thomas Crown Affair was decent, but Ultraviolet was probably the worst movie I've ever seen. If he does take the job, here's hoping he learned from his mistakes on that piece of ****.

so there is actually a movie? after hearing rumours for five years its happening?

Yeah Ultraviolet was a bit dull.

They'll need the right actors. I can't spell his name but Sutherland (jack bauer) in 24 should be up for the role of snake. He does have a slight resemblance. If not then Aragon from LOTR orrrr someone decent.

I was so annoyed when i saw that Agent 47 wasn't being played by Jason Statham (transporter among others) in Hitman.
