$99.99 games?! That would be an extremely bad move. And I thought $59.99 games were pushing it.

I think I'll stick with my ridiculously large retro collection. Why? I hear you hark. Well, it's because I can't afford to shell out £50-£90 for games when I have two Children and a Partner to look after. When will the gaming industry learn?!

In all honesty, the PS3 isn't looking as impressive as I first thought. The 360 has taken off in a big way, and it's selling fairly well. The big question is: how many people are actually going to fork out between £350-£450 for a games console? How many of those people are going to be hardcore gamers that will buy the PS3 no matter what the cost is?

I'll bet a large amount of money that lots of casual gamers (like myself) are going to pass up on the PS3 and end up buying either a X360, or better yet, a Wii.
