In my opinion, it's nothing spectacular. I bought it when I bought Hitman: Blood Money hoping it'd be an outstanding game. I admit, there's many improvements from FIFA 2006, such as the general graphics and player appearances. The gameplay doesn't have too much of an increase, however, it isn't really expected from FIFA, so I can let that slip. I prefer the Pro Evolution Soccer series still from FIFA, even though this game was an improvement. I guess the game is still decent, but not as bad as the usual FIFA is.
The best thing about the game is hearing the mix of the National Anthems before it's on, and seeing the managers on the touch lines yelling away, pure comedy.
All in all, everyone's complimenting the game, but for some reason it just doesn't do it for me. I'll be probably taking it back on the weekend for Tourist Trophy, the new Gran Turismo styled game, only with Motorbikes. What do you guys think? FIFA; yay or nay? |
