Well, its not exactly dumb, seeing as you're a cop.

True Crime (Not plural ) is a good game, although its over too soon, and it has no replay value.

Worthy of a rental, nothing else really.

Can be beat easily within a two day rental, and then the fun is basically out of it. It's short as ****, if you're after a game like it, I'd say go with the GTA Double Pack, you've two games for the same price and each are more fun and a ****load longer.

Not really. Vice City is just as short as True Crime, but with an extra 5 hours random playing time. GTA3 is a bit longer, but lacks the random playing time.

i got it for christmas, and yeah its pretty fun.
its always fun to bet up bad guys and then arrest then or shot the gas tank on other cars,
and the tricks you can do in your car are fun.
its a good game to pay when you have nothing else to do and feel like kicking ass. or stripers.

You should go with Grand Theft Auto: Double Pack. It's better than True Crime: Streets of LA. But if you've already bought it than don't spend your money on GTA. As they say: "You've seen one, you've seen 'em all".

I rented it then returned it. It couldn't occupy my interest I could be wrong, but it seemed like a cheap rendition of GTA or Max Payne more then anything else.

My friend Michael (Junaeu) bought it and we were playing it at my place. We had a custom soundtrack loaded, and there was a fight with strippers in a strip club. Which song should come on but 'Pretty Fly For a White Guy' by The Offspring? xDDD 'Twas absolutely brilliant.

The game itself wasn't too bad, but according to Michael not very long. He traded it in not a week later. Kinda fun, but I prefer GTA...
