Who else like these games? I personally love this series. I love the way the gameplay flows, the graphics and sound, and the way one differs from eath other. It's like your standard survival horror game, only with more emphasis on Action. I'm looking forward to Onimusha 3. It has a new character, a bearded mercenary. The screenshot's I've seen in Game Informer look incredible. Also, it'll tak place in TWO time periods. Looks and sounds awesome!

My brother has all the Onimusha games tha have come out and just watching them it is a really good series. I haven't gotten the chance to play it but I've watched the first two from beginning and end so it is like I played them, heheh. I am looking forward to the third installment if you will, I haven't heard much about it but I've seen a few screen shots and it looks really good.
The trailer for 3 is brilliant, I like the idea of a time warp between modern day Paris and feudal Japan and the action looks as good as ever. I also liked the other games in the series, nice graphics and I love the weaponry in that game.
I also think that the Onimusha games are excellent...
I prefer number two though over number one...thats not denying the original is a classic beacuse it is.... With the second game...Endless hordes of Dmons to kill, the variuos appearences of big bossses like Gigumphats, and the GREATEST SWORDSMAN OF ALL DEMONS- Gogandantess...
Replayability in branching storylines, an RPG element of giving gifts to effect the outcome of what story you play too.
Onimusha Blade Warriors ( or Onimusha Buraiden) Is looking excellent too. I think, though, that Onimusha 3 could be one of THE games for 2004.

I was a huge fan of the series after nr 1 that is brilliant on both ps2 and x-box altough I only own the ps2 version. The game is solid, good character, nice gameplay and it has katanas. But for me nr 2 was a let down, I expected much more of it. Jubei didn't have the badass looks lik samonsuke had. I wanted more of onimusha 1 and 2 didn't satisfy my appetite. I hope 3 will be better ...
