Games that let you use BOTH these features which one do you use most?

I usally use the Directional button more, ive basically got stuck with it. Games like PES2 or GT3 or Fighting games i use Directional Buttons. I rarely use Anologs unless i have too.

What about you?

I use the direction buttons if I am fighting or driving.
If I am running or playing a shooting game then it is analog time

I remember hen I was just a wee little lad. I use only direction buttons, I was useless .

For RPG's and shooters I use analog and for the rest I use directional buttons because it's easier with them to push those buttons in the right direction. NEVER, I mean NEVER use the analog for puzzle-games, so frustrating.

I do the same thing Eternal Fire. Especially when having to tpye something in like Hacking in 'Enter the Matrix' the D-Pad is better for entering info but I use the Analog for everything. I like it better

I prefer the anolog stick I just find it easier to use than the directional pad. I still use the directional pad every once in a while but I hate it when your pressing on the directional pad buttons for so long that your thumb starts to hurt.

The analog stick most definitely. Though the PS2's stick seems a little loose, it still feels better than mashing down on those arrows.

Analog stick for moving around on a map or places like that, directional buttons in menus. If I've been using the directional buttons in some of my older games, I find that I forget to switch back to the analog stick when I change to a newer one.

i seem to use the d-pad more
after playing games like DW4 and other random platformers, you'd think it'd be analog, but no; i'm a non-conformist
