What determines you to get a game? Is it from a review they give from magazine? or a website? or a friend? or rent to see if its good then buy it?

I usally read through a magazine, then ask people that played to see if they like it. Then i buy it (i hardly rent games)

Same about pc games, but it the cover looks good and it gets good reviews then i buy it. Or its about a subject i like, then i get it also. Thats why i gonna buy tench:woh ...

Because I read about them in mags and on the internet.
Most of the games I buy are RPG's so I ask around the forums if they are cool or not.

i usually check out games in magazines or by what friends tell me bout them, but i dont pay much attention to magazines reviews cause sometimes they say a game sucks but i dont give a **** i like it anyway, usually the games i wanna buy i already know them so im excpecting what will come out n dont check bout it much....

I check out reviews on sites and magazines, and rent them if I have time. Though I've come to find that a lot of reviews can be deceiving...

i can tell if a game is good or not actually...
but i don't ever rent them, i just buy them, and eventually trade them in to get more. if it's a real good game, i keep it though
