reasons why x-box does or doesn't suck

| I think x-box has a greater potential then n e other system, but the potential cannot be used because of marketing reseons. I have read negative comments about the X-Box on posts and just want more detailed feedback. |

Negative-
- Controller is way too Big
- Looks kind big and crap (and they call it a next gen console)
- Microsoft are losing money alreay, everytime we buy an XBOX they lose money (want me to explain futher?)
- Hardly any exlusive game compared to PS2 and GC
- Doing **** in japan, means Japanese game companys may not work for Microsoft
Good side -
- Most powerful next gen console
- games that are exclusive are usally excellent
- XBOX live is a success *shocked* |

| the S controller is about the size as a GC controller and practically as comfortable. There are, as you point out, not many exclusives. The only actually good exclusive is Steel Battalion, but that is pricey. It really doesn't matter if Microsoft loses money since its well known owner, Bill Gates, pulls in over 100k every day |

| dude, xbox doesnt have many good games out there but the games which are good arent just good but there great. u just need to get use to the controller first before playing a game |

Right  Why the hell didnt they release the S controler in the first place? (I had an XBOX) i dont wanna spend another damn £20 when i can get another game for it

| not 100k on x-box. The point i was making was that the coorporation is loaded with cash, so money wasn't an issue making or distributing x- box, and still probably isn't and if x-box is losing money than why are they still purchasing games from dvelopers for the x-box system, and why are they considering releasing another system |

Xbox is the best console powerwise, and nobody can argue with that. I personally can't find any reasons why it would suck. They have fixed the "controller is too big" problem with a whole new smaller design. Also, people complain about the size of the console. Well, how else are you going to fit all of that power into something smaller? The reason it isn't doing good in Japan is because nobody is bothering to buy it. People play a sucky game and denounce the whole thing together. It may not have won the console war, but it sure did win for having the best online capabilities.
Btw, I'm not an Xbox fanboy. I have all three systems and think they are all equally good. |
