| OMG! 200 lighting bolts to get Lulus Sigil!!!! That has to be the hardest sidequest in Final Fantasy History. Ill get up to 176 than BLAM! get hit by lighting. I never did get her Legendary weapon. Did anyone?? Maybe not. I was woundering if you people thought the same. The sidequests are usualy tough,but that was impossable. |

lol, just get the non counter ability, go right up to the end of thunder plains (aviod fighting dark ixion) then just walk around and dodge  pretty easy, if yer be on your guard, but time cosuming and yer get pissed off if you get hit by lightning on yer 100 + dodge  have fun
(hardest mini quest is Kimaris Butterfl game  ) |

| There is one place which the lightening strikes every few seconds, TURN OFF THE SOUND. Be in ABSOLUTE DARKNESS -- sit VERY close to your TV and use the giant burst of light to dodge. Pause and rest in 15 lightening intervels. It'll be over before you know it. |

Yeah, i agree w/ zel about the butterfly, i haven't even trid it....well now that i thik of it, i haven't tried either they're so hard!
I'm not sure if it works, but if you just leave every once in awhile, you can relax a little while and come back..... |

| It was sooooo easy, you just gotta have patience. This is how I did it : From where you enter the Thunder Plains from Guadosalam go travel up the right hand side of the thunder plains. About 2/3 up the first area of the thunder plains (before reaching Rins Travel Agency) you should see a little area to the right and it should have a treasure chest and a cactuar stone. Position yourself between the cactuar stone and the wall, so when you jump you wont recieve any random battles. Just stay there and jump whenever you see the first flash of the lightning. |

| Hmm I always thought getting hit by lightning and avoiding triggered a battle. I tried this but did not do that well considering the fact that at the time, I found the battles indeed quite hard then. But now I'm fine. I think though that to be clever at this side-quest is to count the intervals between the distant thunderbolt and then a flash, this is how I got pretty accurate, but seeing as I didnt complete this side-quest, dont mind me. |
