well, the game might be a succes n it might not. it is good though that there are companies avant garde to try out new ground for others. it leads to what we all know as evolution.
If the final fantasy game is online? That's fine. I have a Cable modem and like 600 ram. (i think) But ONLY online? that's rediculous. They are setting themselves up for disaster.

i feel that the ffxi game should not be mmrpg but that u should be able to play a story mode and also an online version of the game for people who wish to do so. this gives people suvh as my slef to keep enjoying the ff series games and not have to purcahse any of the expensive equipment or drill anohter fone line in the wall just for the ps2 for the one game.
I am really looking forward to this game. I'm a die-hard online gamer. I don't get much time to get to my console games anymore. I absolutely love the Final Fantasy games but just can't break away from the computer to get to them.
Square is gonna make a butt-load of money if they charge to play the game online. Either that, or they'll make nothing.
