I'm fighting Maester Seymor right before you get to Zanarkland. The damn Mortis guy and Seymor keep doing the Cross Cleaver and killing me. Does anyone have any tips for me?

Have all aeons have full overdrive before the battle. Use them on their first turn. Seymour won't be a problem as long as you do this and use Auron and Tidus to hit inbetween summons. Hastega will be perfect for this battle.

you charge your aeons by, going into a random battle, then send out a aeon(to build up the overdrive) then keep choosing boost until it fills up, then call the aeon out, and send out the next one. repeat this for all of them.

I use the same strategy too!
you can use aeon when you fight near save point, use boost and attack until their hp low and dismiss them!
touch the save point so the aeons hp will full again, repeat it until all aeons have their overdrive!
Good Luck!!

Ok I'll explain to my fullest....
First-Have all aeons overdrives up
Second-have Yuna,Tidus,and Auron out
Third-Use hastaga (it would be nice if you have all characters overdrives, just in case)
Fourth-Summon aeons till you can't summon anymore.
Fifth-Use your characters to do their overdrives, you said you were strong so he should be gone.
