| i didn't really give Kimahri that much of a chance as i liked Tidus for his style of Weapons, Yuna because i normally have a summoner in my party and wakka because at the start of the game he is a very good asset and when you get farther on when your using him all the time he is just as good as Auron (well i think he is) |

My favourite character from FFX was by far Wakka.
Just because everybody else seemed to hate him. ^_^
He's also Pacman's favourite character... |

If you're talking about liking the character as the character, and not how they play out in battle, I'd have to say that Lulu was my favorite. She's just that tough "get outta my face" and "do as I say" kinda gal. I think that's awesome.
Now, battle wise, I don't really have a favorite. I've never been a big fan of black mages, just because...well...while I recognize the need for powerful magic, and find it quite useful when in a bind, I tend to use my brute strength characters more often. However, in X, the sphere grid made it easy to mold the characters into what you want them to be....so....yeah *sweat drop* In battle, they're all pretty awesome...minus Rikku, I just didn't like her much. |

As far as character design, FFX was one of the best ever in the series. I liked pretty much all the lead characters for various reasons.
But my favorites would have to be Auron - he was a badass with a mysterious past, what more could you want?, Tidus - now I normally hate the lead character, but for some reason, I connected with Tidus and after playing through FFX-2, you get an entirely new feel for him, and Penelo - a sexy, little thiefling, 'nuff said. |

I do too. At the same time I like the giddy characters. I'm weird like that with the contradictions XD.
I don't know if anyone else has noticed this, but Auron looks kind of like Gendo Ikari from Neon Genesis Evangelion. |

I didn't like any of them that much. They could be so whiny.
I suppose Wakka, but who wouldn't love someone voiced by Bender? At least he wasn't as depressed as everybody else. |
