Of the ones you get in the story line, Shiva was my fave. But of the extras, the Magus Sisters. I would have never beaten Jecht without them.

It was a cheap move but Yamato made Yojimbo the best Aeon in the game, but I probably prefered using Anima since it's Overdrive was one of the coolest/most powerful in the game.

magus sisterss =).......followed by anima, yojimbo and bahamut.........when i got the optional aeons, i rarely used the storyline ones.........i used them once in a while for overdrive purposes only

I would have to say that Anima is my favorite because of his incredible atacks.

Yojimbo also comes in handy when you don´t want to lose time agaisnt powerfull bosses in the monster arena or agaisnt the Dark Aeons.
