I'm not sure if this topic has come up before, but I'll go ahead and address it.
I've heard Square remastering Final Fantasy VII-IX for the Playstation2. I honestly think it is a great project. Lately, though, I haven't heard anything new. If any knows about this, please let me know. |

I remember hearing that a LONG time ago... back when Square wanted to develop for the GBA and Nintendo refused.
I never heard an update to FFVII-FFIX being remade ever since. |

I've heard stories about this all over the forums  . Some say it will happen, others say it won't. I personally hope it does but I don't think it will. |

| Not exactly remastered them, but re-released them, so that I hope answered your question. If you look in 'The Car in Cid's Garage' topic, there's alot of feedback going on in there for some reason. But it will not be for a LONG while before the re-mastered versions appear, let alone the fact of the rumors of FFXI, not being released. |

I'm connected through various game magazine sites that I do Reader Reviews for. If I hear anything, I'll let ya know first off.
Oh...and the remakes should be quite good, considering how FFX went. Thats if they do it along those lines... |
