Does anyone know how to get the special ending in FF IX? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is no 'special' ending in Final Fantasy IX that's worth watching. You have to complete all the side quests, including the Chocobo digging and the coin finding, and then a very small and pointless scene involving Cinna's hammer is shown during the ending sequence. It's only a small scene from the 'I Want To Be Your Canary' play. Trust me - it's not worth the effort.

I spent countless hours doin all that and I got that crappy little scene! I was so mad...The rest of the ending was nice though.
