I voted Quina because I agree that Blue Magic has always been a skill that I try to get the most use out of when I first get it, but after missing a few skills, that party member (Enemy Skill materia in VII, Quina in IX, Kimahri in X, Gun Mage in X-2) always fell by the wayside.
