I was fighting Sephiroth in the North Crater place, and Cloud had 8894 HP, Red XIII had 9587 HP, and Cid had 8604 HP. Then, all of a sudden Sephiroth killed all my party members in one blow.
I also had the help window so I knew what attack he was using. Did he use Sin Harvest without the text showing the name, or is my game/system screwed over?  |

| sometimes i wonder if the games are made correctly myself, because somtimes ill go online and find out how much hp an enemy and add up each blow in a calculator and more times than not the total is way higher than it should be... |

first of all was it Bizarro Sephiroth or Safer Sephiroth? Bizarro is the first form where you attack with up too 3 parties. Safer Sephiroth is half Sephiroth and half horse.
Bizarro Sephiroth uses an attack called fallen angel that takes one party member's HP to 1. Also if it was Safer Sephiroth he might have summoned Supernova using the black materia. This does abt 4000 in damage. Maybe you failed to notice how low your HP was. |

Actually, he's a one winged angel, hence the battle music. I really don't see how you get the idea of him being a horse.
Also, Safer I think, was a translation error. Meant to be Seraph. Not sure about that. |

Sephiroth mostly follows a pattern of attacks. Most of his attack don't kill. Like heart less angel can knock you no further than 1 HP. I played it quite a few times. I have never encoutered an attack that kills you straight away. |

that is Exactly what I'm thinking. I just fought him and didn't get killed..no one did... |

| hrmmm...interesting indeed. i'm guessing it could have been supernova if he died from it. because otherwise, he shouldn't have died. i'll look up his attacks though, maybe there's something we're overlooking?...o_O |

Meh! Didnt describe the long lenghy wait he had to endure while watching the fabulous and spectaculor ...... (It was ****ing ace) move  . Doubt you can get killed by Super Nova (ive never gotten kiled before) move like a Demi move, but you get status like the pissing plague.
Im guessing he played One Winged Angel. He has a tendancy to cast two moves at once. Maybe someone didnt set up the Regen/M Barrier set up |
