...First of all, I happen to agree that IX is much better than VII, but not for the reasons you've listed.

i think she means that a mod is going to have to close it down
but everyone's entitled to their opinions, so yeah, i'll keep it open...no spam or flaming please.
I liked them both...i liked the turns in VII better though. IX was a bit too easy for me to bead...i finished at lvl 54 *nods* so yeah, a bit easy in that respect. but i liked the character development in both of them. i mean you don't run into a character everyday who was completely badass and then learn that he wasn't all he claimed to be...not like Cloud anyways |

| This is exactly what I mean, people say that IX is childish and kiddy, now the tables have turned, I think now the VII fanboys will get their own taste of medicine, and see how we feel when they blurt out ''IX sucks because it's made for kids and it's kiddy'' |

| 9 was cool because the characters seemed to actually have set jobs (something not used since FF6), and a good story. I just need to sit down and finish it. |

FF9.. The Characters had their own Rivals, Like Steiner 'n' Zidane, or Freya 'n' Beatrix (Early on)..
Where as FF7 is all lovey lovey.. 
I do think 9 had better Level up system, howyou learn your abilities.. But FF7 was not Childish, Most young kids wouldnt have a clue on the Story line with all Black and white stuff and how Lifastream saved everything Blah blah blah.....
So, Yes.. FF9 is alot better in my opinion |

yeah, im an FFIIV fanboy, but im not one of the ones who said ff9 sucks (no disrespect meant by the lack of roman numerals for that one, just cant remember right now)
FF9 was a masterpiece, as much as FF7 and 8 and every other FF. Its story was compelling, the characters were well made, and for a change in pace, it had many more comical elements then many other FF's ( zidane pinching daggers butt is a good example)
hell yeah, ff9 was kickass. |
