Your saying vince is underated? who whould you say is normall rated then? well in 7 i would have to go with.... hmm heidegger of shinra. he was a character right?
Would Yuffie be considered an underated character? She's is optional, so, Yuffie's mine for 7! For eight, uh... Zell! He was always elft out! Um, 9, Quina!
I can't think of anyone from VII or IX, but from VIII...Irvine! He needed to have tons more FMV than just his intro and the ending, so I could have had the option to drool a bit more often while playing the game.....
And Freya in FFIX (mmm... dragon crest... 9999 damage).
