I've never heard it mentioned, then I find myself again with ff5, then again I get lost, what is the american ff6? is it a remake of three? after that I get it all the way

Final Fantasy II and II, both on the NES, were never released in North America because Nintendo wanted Square to give us something more "recent". Then, they decided to forget about both games and gave us Final Fantasy IV, named FF2 here. FFV never made it here as well, for some weird reasons. FFVI saw a North American release as FF3.

FFV sucked?! Well, if yoU've played the butchered PSone version, then YES it sucked. But take out the loading times, crappy sound and "grey" visuals, you get one hell of a game. It's still one of the best in the series, in my opinion.

If you have played Tactics, then you'll immediatly recognize the job system. It is not very good story-wise, but it's very fun to play nevertheless.

The job system is awesome.

But if you didn't like it in FFT then you probably won't like it in FF 5, Zel.
