Ok.Listen.You can get unlimited zephyr capes.In Nikeah there's guy who doesn't have a shop sign.As you pass the other shops,walk down the road. On the right there's a guy.Talk to him and he'll say that you are obligated to buy from him.In fact you are not.He sells zephyr capes for 7000 gil and many other useful items.I would suggest that you buy the white cape from him for 5000 gil.And yes you can bet the anchor for the zephyr cape,but there are also other places where you can get one for free,but i haven't plaved since 2007 and i can't remember.There are also better relics to use later on the game.If you have any other questions contact me.
