Well, Celes and Terra learn magic without them, Moogle charm, Atma weapon, Illumina (which I have never got).
I'd say it would be quite easy, it's an easy game anyway, in fact, come to think of it, there are no hard FFs, unless you count FFV.

you get the illumina by bet the ragnarok in the coloseum and the moogle charm you get it wen you go for mog in the ruins world is in the back (were mog are standin wacthing the wall) and the atma weapon you get it in the normal world in the cave to the sealed gate...lol
