How come square went to so much trouble to make an ass kicking character like General Leo just so that he could be killed off. Hes better than most rpgs main characters! I mean they even gave him his own shock abilitiey. come on people TELL ME WHY!
Because they wanted to give it a nice twist... it's just like in FF5 when ****SPOILER**** Gulauf died trying to save the others and fight X-Death and when Aeris is killed in FF7 while trying to stop Sephiroth...
Sad it is, but still they needed that twist and it gives the person playing a good hold and want. This way it'll push you on to fight Kefka without thought only thinking of revenge... See, everything has a reason.
If anyone hasn't beaten that game, they better be playing it right now. Atma was right too, especially in this forum. Out of IV-VI, VI would be the most commonly played, so if they're here, they've probably beaten it.
Good. Cheating in RPGs takes all the fun out of it. FFVI is easy enough to beat without cheating if you take the time to do all the stuff in the game.
I cheated after I beat it a few times. I gave Terra Leo's Shock attack, and I had like 35 Atma Weapons and about 60 Genji Gloves.
