do I need everone in order to go and beat the game? I still dont have shaodw relm (I found her but she is not back in my party) and strago.

unless you waited till 5 seconds were left on the floating continent, you won't get shadow back. he'll be dead. and if you don't get shadow, you can't get relm and if you don't get relm, you can't get strago, but it shouldn't matter as long as you get mog umaro and gogo.

i do not know but i think if you have leo and ziegfried you can beat the game completily

Leo and Siegfried aren't playable. Don't waste your time. There's supposed to be two empty character and esper slots.
