I'm completely speechless at the moment. I just found a Japanese iso of Final Fantasy for PSX, and all I have to say, is that this game is AMAZING.
The graphics are far better than the Wonderswan Color version of the game. They even rival FF5's graphics. The monsters seem to be a bit harder too, but that's not much of a problem.
Another amazing fact about this game, is that you can *drumroll* have your characters attack another creature if you had one that just died targeted.
So yeah, the SECOND this and FF2 come out with a translation, I recommend that anyone who was a fan of FF1 to pick them up. |

That is correct. Most of the frustrating aspects of the game (such as the old target system) are now gone. Same thing for FF2 (no more ineffective attacks).
I can't wait for April....we'll finally get these games *counting the days*
