Attrox has a point, they are members, really popular ones. My point being, regular members are still capable of winning the awards as well.

| Yes staff members are members too you know...they just have more experience and are more helpful that's why they get chosen for staff. It maybe that because they are staff people suck up to them and vote for them or maybe they just acctually deserved the vote. I personally think that all FFR staff should be rewarded in some way.....why should they put up with crap from members and get nothing in return? |

hmm, ok how about this, staff members can only be nominated in one catagory? I still think it's unfair, as Kazuki said, some people may want to suck up. I know that you guys who are staff members are all great people, but its sorta one sided once some of you are nominated. in every poll rei was in, she won exect for a couple. isn't that enough glory??  |

| heh, some are just afraid to be in the staffs wrong, or they do want to get premoted. dunno, some don't suck up, staff members aren't made part of the staff for no reason. some are really good people |

Staff members are just members who help out. We're not any different than you guys!
I for one would fight to the death to just be recognized as a member and nothing more because that's what I am. My staff position only means that I can feel better knowing I can influence FFR in a bigger way than ordinarily. It doesn't mean I'm any different than you just because I can do that :|
