Does anyone like The Sounds? Or heard of them? Female lead band from Sweden... I've been lately a bit obsessed with their music. Right now their single that is out is called "A Song with a Mission" which that and a song that gets played in the store CD at one of my works, "Much Too Long" got me into them.

Though at first when I listened to the whole album I wasn't as impressed with their music other than those two songs, but after listening to it a couple of times, it really has grown on me. I think they're pretty good.

So any thoughts?

I heard "7 days a week", that was catchy as hell, enough to make me get the album off of Slsk. the rest of the album sucked so i deleted it.

The Sounds are really good, but the only things about them that stand out are Maja's vocals and some of the synthwork, really.

Despite that, I've been liking them a lot more every time I listen to them. Painted By Numbers is a sexy song.

Anyways, I was inspired to buy their first album "Living in America". It's good, but you can definitely tell how much they've improved from their debut album to their sophmore album, the sound and feel of their music, it's ten times better the second time around.

I think "Living in America" was a good/decent start, there are some real catchy songs from first earfull while I think the rest will have to slowly grow on me.
