I looked on anotehr forum and saw this issue raised. Who is the better striker?Thiery Henry or Ruud Van Nistelrooy?
But looking at the question, I think it is immposible to compare the two because they are completely different players.
RUUD
I think he is the better STRIKER. He has that instinct to go for a goal. most of his goals are tap-ins though, just what a striker should be doing. NOTE: i did say MOST NOT ALL because he does score some nice goals too. Great at penalties.
THIERRY
I think he is the better player, more of a team player. He has far superior control, he just dances around players. He can score from outside the box, always a crowd pleaser. He is THE assist king, just keeps setting them up AND getting plenty of his own goals too. Great at freekicks, not so great at penalties.
These are my opinions, what do you think? |
