OH MY GAWD!!!!!! This band is soooooooo incredible! The lead singer chick's voice is MADD sexy. Does anyone know ANYTHING about them...? My sister and I have searched and searched and all we could find was a bunch of incredible music, but no background on the band! On;y that their album is coming out March 4th... To "evanesce" is to "fade into nonexistence," I believe. Are they SUPPOSED to be this mysterious??? :unspoken: I'm starting to get pissed...

I love this band! Really amazing stuff they put out...but same as you I don't know jack **** about 'em...a friend of mine says his girlfriend has the cd...might get him to rip it for me..heh

I've seen a couple of photos, think there's three of them. Their sound is unique and different and look kind of gothic, but from some things I've read they aren't. I tried looking for their stuff.

I love their sound! First time I hear the woman's voice, I feel in love with it. I've seen their picture. There's two guys and one girl and the girl has black hair. That's all I can tell you, really!

I've heard some of their stuff, especially Haunted and Immortal on other sites. They sing dark rock and thankfully not another teeny bopper band. Their sound is essential and beautiful beyond words, even their lyrics are amazing. Amy Lee's voice is mesmerizing when you first hear it, well, it was for me anyway. Should check them out.

Debut release: March 4th

man Evanescence kicks ass! Its a ***** getting her songs on Kazaa, though. Everytime i download one theres this swoshing sound buzzkilling the whole song. "Lies" is awesome. "wake me up inside" was this years No Way Out theme and they video the made for it was sweet!!

I am an official Promoter for Evanescence, so I know all the information you are looking for. Aziel, the reason they have buzzing and woshing is because you are trying to dl stuff from Daredevil or Fallen. Since Fallen wasnt out the songs are all like that, so people wont pirate the album. I suggest that all of you go to the webpage. And if you want to dl any music, just dl the Origin album stuff. Its really great. ^_^x
