I'm reading the Two towers at the moment, and I love it. It's so much better than the movie (which was very good too).
My favorite books: Fellowship of the Ring, Harry Potter (1 and 3) |

Yes, I agree. Both of the books are quite well. I have yet to read the next Lord of the Rings book though. |

The LotR trilogy is awesome. And you can make up so much more yourself, so easily...
I also like HDM trilogy, though I have not yet read the last one.
I don't read as much as I should. I'm currently in the middle of Wuthering Heights for school, and it is actually pretty good. It has new words in as well! *Diction freak* |

I really like the Harry Potter series, the books are fun, easy to read, and very addicting. I read one of the books in a matter of hours. LotR is alright, a bit over-rated though. They bore me to tears ^^; I should get around to reading Holes too, my dad says it's great.
Also, I'm not sure if this belongs in CDS or Shinra Mansion, so I'll just leave it here. |

I don't really read books...I'm more into magazines. And I'd say it belongs in Shrina Mansion, doesn't it? That's the forum for literature/books. |

David and Leigh Eddings' Belgariad and Mallorean, throw in their two prequels.
Realism. Fantasy. Realistic sorcery. Politics. Love of so many kinds. Destiny and prophecy.
I couldn't ask for more! ^____^ |

I don't read books very often, actually, but when I was younger I was a big fan of the Chronicles of Narnia series. I also read The Hobbit about three times, but I never finished the Lord of the Rings trilogy. I will one day, honest!
Then I went through my historical fiction phase, which I still seem to be stuck in... I tend towards books written by the Lost Generation now when I do read fiction. I'd have to name my personal favorite as The Great Gatsby -- and no, I never had to read it for class!
The last book I read outside of class was non-fiction, actually. I'm such a dork, I know. I prefer to find a good periodical most of the time rather than a book. I tend to lose interest easily if something takes me too long to read... that reminds me, I need to be getting back to The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy once classes end. |
