Who do you think is your favourite person in music, dead or alive?
Mine would be Phil Anselmo, he's in like 7 bands, his voice is amazing, He can sing in pretty much any genre of Metal going. He's also an amazing guitarist, he learned how to play by the worlds greatest guitarist in metal, Dimebag Darrel, Phil can play guitar like it's his primary thing in music, he's been playing for just a few years yet sounds like he's been playing since he was 10. |

You spelled favorite wrong in the thread title. 
Mine would probably be...Deryck of Sum 41. Back when I started playing the guitar, he was always inspiration for me to get better. Sum 41 is also my favorite band, so yeah. |

| ...right....mine are kurt cobain for his guitar and amazing lyrics, james hetfield also for his lyrics and his awesome guitar riffs, tomi imoi for being easily one of the best guitarists of all time, ozzy for making rock and roll what it is, and cliff burton for his amazing base techniques. |

Frank Zappa, this guy has put out more albums, played with more musicians, helped more musicians, then I think any single artist out there..
This guys been around since the early sixties to early 90's that's almost thirty years, not quite santana, but he has influences more guitarists then most of those every day names people throw at you. |
