| Argh! God dammit! How the hell are movies like Kangaroo Jack and Malibu's Most Wanted allowed to exist?! Doesn't anyone have taste anymore?! Doesn't anyone know the difference between things that suck and things that don't? Seriously, it's almost disgusting. I'm almost considering leading a boycott against movie theaters until crap like this stops getting produced. Malibu's Most Wanted is a new offering of crap. This movie simultaneously manages to offend both white people and black people at the same time. As if watching that douche-bag Jamie Kennedy act like an idiot and further enhance stupid stereotypes isn't bad enough, Snoop Dogg is also in the movie as a computer-generated "gangsta" rat. And this is just going by the previews alone. Like I'd shell out 10 dollars to see this crap. It almost makes me want to vomit with rage. |

One word: MONEY! "Radical" teenagers love this kind of movies. As crappy as these movies are, they are made to attract a "younger", if a bit retarded, audience.
Don't worry. They can make many bad movies, but none will surpass "Freddy got fingered" in terms of mediocrity. *shudders* |

Freddy Got Fingered is funny becuse it's stupid, one of the funniest movies I've seen, but not funnier than Kung Pow.
Crappy movies are being made because the film makers are more bothered about making money than a decent film.
It's more noticble in horror movies nowadays. |

Well it comes down to why so much crappy music is selling out at the retailers. Right now, people are not investing their money wisely and thus just put their money where ever and the creators see this as a great oppurtunity to reel in the cash.
Also, I think a lack of originality and individuality is contributing to this downfall of movies. |
