Anyone here a MSTie? That being a fan of MST3K or Mystery Science Theater 3000. I've been a fan since Comedy Central was known as the Ha! Network. If you don't know what it is, it's about a guy who gets shot into space and is forced to watch (and make fun of) really really bad movies on the 'Satellite of Love' or SOL. There are also two robots who accompany this guy into the theater. Crow T. Robot, and Tom Servo. Many MSTies will remember that Joel was the first host of the show, then later Mike was sent in as a replacement which started a huge online flamewar. The Great Joel vs. Mike Flamewar of 1993, as it came to be known. I still love the show and wish they hadn't stopped making new episodes. I've always liked the old film shorts they would watch sometimes. One in particular comes to mind which was called "Mr. B Natural" in which a woman (claiming to be a man) magically appeared, danced about in tights, and spoke about music. It was a horrible film to watch, but Joel and the bots managed to make it more entertaining, as they always do. My favorite movies they have watched are the Gamera movies. I prefer Joel over Mike but both were great. Now it only comes on Sci Fi at 9AM EST on Saturdays, and they only show the episodes with Mike, but that's okay. So long as they keep showing it. So, anyone else here like this show? Do you like Mike or Joel better? What's your favorite episode(s)?

Yeah, I'll agree with that. Dr. F and TV's Frank were way better. I too have an extensive VHS collection. Mostly of the Rhino tapes and what I could get off Sci Fi. Not much, but it's something. I could only watch Comedy Central from my cousin's house back when MST3K was on. I loved it though and lost track of it after it left Comedy Central since no one had Sci Fi. I have also ordered some of the tapes from mst3kinfo.com's store. At least they have a few tapes available. I can't wait to get the Mr. B's Lost Shorts tape.

I've know this guy that has on tape every MST3k episode and he sells and ships them for a reasonable price if you'd like I'll give you his E-mail.

Some say it's Piracy but during the years at Comedy central they always said "Keep Circulating the Tapes" Well this fellow does this for a price, his Web site is http://www.mst3kguy.com
